Production Resumes at Full Pace
Following the holiday break, operations at Nam Quang Industrial Cluster returned to a high tempo. Machinery has been running continuously across production lines and workshops, while workers focus on each stage of the process to ensure progress and product quality.
Thai Hoang Trading Joint Stock Company is currently operating three shifts around the clock to meet order demand, according to company representatives. Nearly 400 employees work on a rotating basis, with production schedules organized to maintain efficiency and workplace safety.
Alongside higher output, the company has strengthened measures to support its workforce. Mid-shift meals have been improved, and protective equipment is fully provided, helping employees maintain stable, long-term employment. In the first two months of the year, the company aims to export 10 containers of high-quality plywood to the U.S., Japan and Europe.
Under its 2026 plan, Thai Hoang targets production and export volumes of about 35,000 cubic meters of plywood, with projected revenue of around VND 400 billion (approximately USD 15.7 million). The plan also prioritizes job stability and full compliance with state budget obligations.
Also at Nam Quang Industrial Cluster, Hai Ha Paper Joint Stock Company resumed production on January 2, 2026. The factory is operating two shifts per day and expects to produce and sell about 3,000 tons of base paper for export this year, according to Director Vu Dai Dong. The company employs 45 workers and is projected to contribute roughly VND 2 billion (about USD 78,000) to the state budget.
At Tuyen Quang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., production has remained steady across all workshops. Smelting and rolling lines are operating continuously, with workers on rotating shifts to meet market demand.
Director Nguyen Duy Luan said the company’s stable performance is supported by ongoing improvements in management, technology investment and production organization. In 2026, the firm aims to maintain steady output, fully utilize existing capacity and further improve product quality and business efficiency.

At HTC Vina Co., Ltd.’s wood pellet plant in Bac Quang, production is operating at full capacity. The company uses modern production lines to manufacture wood pellets from by-products sourced from local processing facilities. The approach helps reduce input costs while improving resource efficiency and environmental performance.
Thanks to the application of advanced technology, the plant produces an average of about 600 tons of wood pellets per month. The products are sold domestically and exported to high-standard markets, including Japan and the European Union. To meet confirmed orders, the company has organized production into continuous three-shift operations. Management closely monitors daily operations and addresses emerging issues in a timely manner, ensuring that machinery and equipment run smoothly and reliably.
According to Hoang Duc Tien, Deputy Director of the Tuyen Quang Department of Industry and Trade, the province’s industrial production value, calculated at 2010 constant prices, reached VND 33.4 trillion (approximately USD 1.31 billion) in 2025. The figure represents a 16.6% increase from 2024 and met the full-year target, contributing to a provincial GRDP growth rate of 8.01%.
Tuyen Quang currently has 20 key industrial products, including electricity, steel, cement, paper, processed wood, tea, garments and leather footwear.
One of the province’s long-standing industrial investment sites is Son Nam Industrial Park, where An Binh Feldspar Co., Ltd. has operated for nearly two decades. The company produces more than 100,000 tons of stone powder annually, generates revenue of about VND 40 billion (around USD 1.57 million), and contributes between VND 3 billion and VND 5 billion (USD 118,000–196,000) to the state budget each year.
An Binh Feldspar employs 58 workers, about 70% of whom are from ethnic minority communities. Average monthly income in 2025 reached VND 11.5 million (approximately USD 450). Director Nguyen Duc Thanh said the company is currently accelerating production to meet orders ahead of the Lunar New Year while helping workers increase holiday earnings.
Developments across industrial parks and clusters highlight the impact of early production planning, technology investment and workforce support, alongside coordination with local authorities. Building on strong production momentum, Tuyen Quang’s industrial sector is laying a solid foundation for sustained growth and continued contributions to the province’s socio-economic development in the years ahead.
