From plywood processing plants to wood pellet manufacturers, labor activity is bustling across the cluster. Workers are focused on each stage of production, ensuring both progress and product quality as year-end deadlines approach.
At Thai Hoang Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company, the pace of work is fast yet orderly. Machinery operates continuously, while workers remain concentrated on their assigned tasks. The factory has set an annual target of producing and exporting around 35,000 cubic meters of plywood, with expected revenue of approximately VND 400 billion. To meet this goal, the company has implemented detailed production plans for each phase of the year.
Rather than waiting for peak season, Thai Hoang reviewed its entire production process from the start of the fourth quarter, rearranged its workforce efficiently and secured sufficient raw materials to maintain stable operations. The company has also launched a labor emulation campaign promoting productivity and creativity, encouraging workers to propose technical improvements and production innovations.

To ensure timely delivery of orders for both domestic and overseas partners, the factory is operating on a three-shift schedule. At the same time, the company has paid close attention to employee welfare, with wages, bonuses and benefits provided in full and on time. According to company representatives, the alignment between management and workers has been a key factor in sustaining stable and efficient production during the year-end peak.
Nearby, the wood pellet factory operated by HTC Vina Co., Ltd. is also maintaining a high production tempo. The company has invested in modern production lines specializing in wood pellets made from wood waste collected from local processing facilities. This approach not only reduces input costs but also contributes to environmental protection by maximizing the use of by-products from the wood industry.

Thanks to advanced technology, labor productivity at the factory has improved significantly, with average output reaching around 600 tons of wood pellets per month. HTC Vina’s products are sold domestically and exported to demanding markets such as Japan and the European Union, demonstrating the effectiveness of technology-driven investment and quality-oriented production.
Currently, the factory is operating three shifts continuously. Workers’ sense of responsibility and initiative has played a decisive role in meeting signed contracts, while overtime arrangements are managed flexibly to ensure both productivity and stable income toward the end of the year.

With a strong year-end production push and high levels of determination among both enterprises and workers, Nam Quang Industrial Cluster continues to assert its role as a vital pillar of the province’s industrial sector, contributing to sustained growth in 2025 and laying a solid foundation for the years ahead.
