Delivering his welcoming remarks, Mr. Chen Gang, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, congratulated Mr. Hau A Lenh on his re-election as a Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam. He affirmed that the relationship between the two countries has reached new heights. Following the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the General Secretaries of both Parties held a phone conversation, which has opened up new opportunities for the Vietnam-China relationship.

Mr. Chen Gang proposed that both sides further strengthen bilateral friendly exchanges in the coming time, encouraging officials from both provinces to engage in experience-sharing and study tours. He also called for enhanced cooperation in e-commerce and artificial intelligence. Guangxi expressed a strong desire to collaborate with Tuyen Quang in agriculture and the trade of agricultural products, specifically looking to import high-quality produce from the province. Furthermore, he suggested boosting educational cooperation, particularly at the high school level. Additionally, both sides should tighten border management and maintain security to prevent cross-border crimes, such as illegal entry and exit and drug trafficking.

Speaking at the talks, Mr. Hau A Lenh emphasized that Vietnam and China are neighboring countries with a long-standing tradition of friendship and comprehensive cooperation. Under the leadership of the high-level leaders of both Parties and States, the relationship between the two nations has seen increasingly positive development. He noted that the building of a Vietnam-China Community with a Shared Future, which carries strategic significance, has established a favorable foundation for localities to strengthen cooperation and mutual understanding.
During the talks, Mr. Hau A Lenh emphasized that under the high-level leadership of both Parties, the relationship between the two nations has seen increasingly robust growth. He noted that the building of a Vietnam-China Community with a Shared Future, which carries strategic significance, has established a favorable foundation for localities to strengthen cooperation and mutual understanding. The achievements reached in recent times are highly valued and serve as a solid basis for further promoting cooperation in the coming period.

The Provincial Party Secretary expressed his desire to continue strengthening exchanges and coordinating closely and effectively with Guangxi to thoroughly implement the agreements reached between the high-level leaders of the two Parties and States in recent times. He also proposed maintaining regular contact between Party committees at all levels, enhancing the sharing of experience in Party building and the political system, and focusing on cooperation in capacity building, especially for young cadres.

Both localities agreed to strictly implement the three legal documents on the land border. They were also committed to promoting cooperation in economics, trade, agriculture, and tourism, while coordinating closely in border management and protection. Particular attention will be given to fostering friendly exchanges, especially in border areas, through culture, education, youth programs, and people-to-people diplomacy. He further suggested addressing challenges related to climate change, education, and healthcare.

At the same time, both sides looked to promote exchange programs for students, provide scholarships, and foster youth engagement, which play a vital role in nurturing friendship, enhancing mutual understanding, and building a sustainable social foundation for long-term cooperation.
Mr. Chen Gang, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, expressed his gratitude to Mr. Hau A Lenh and requested that those in attendance take note of Tuyen Quang's cooperation proposals. He noted the rapid development currently seen in Northern Vietnamese provinces and voiced his desire to further deepen the bilateral partnership.
